  1. Discovery Call — We start with a quick conversation about your event, vision, timeline, and key moments. We’ll recommend the right coverage and team size, and send a clear, all-inclusive quote.

  2. Event Coverage — On the day of your event, we arrive early, coordinate with your team and vendors, and capture every moment — from the details and decor to the unscripted reactions — with backup gear and liability insurance in place.

  3. Delivery — Within 5 business days, you’ll receive a private, professionally edited online gallery to view, download, and share. Social event galleries also include an online ordering platform for prints, canvases, and albums.


Frequently Asked Questions

  • It depends on the size and scope of your event. For most corporate and social events, a single photographer is sufficient. For larger events, weddings, or multi-location coverage, we recommend two or more photographers to ensure every moment is captured. We’ll discuss the ideal team size on our discovery call.

  • Standard delivery of your full, high-resolution edited gallery is within 5 business days of your event. Need photos faster? Rush delivery is available for select next-day or same-week turnarounds — just let us know when you book.

  • Absolutely. We regularly shoot throughout Southern California and travel nationally and internationally for weddings, destination events, and corporate shoots. Travel fees vary by distance and duration — we’ll provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote upfront.

  • Yes — every shoot is covered by professional liability insurance, and we always bring fully redundant camera bodies, lenses, lighting, and memory cards. Your event is too important to leave to chance, and we build in contingency for every scenario.

  • The sooner, the better — especially for peak seasons (spring weddings, holiday corporate events). Most clients book 2–6 months out, but we often accommodate shorter timelines. If your date is approaching, reach out and we’ll do everything possible to make it work.

  • Yes! Social event galleries come with access to a professional online ordering platform where you and your guests can purchase fine-art prints, canvases, albums, and more — shipped directly to your door. We’re happy to help recommend the best products for your images.
